Free Delivery & Store Collection

For orders delivered to The Untied Arab Emirates, we offer free delivery with DHL on orders of 2000 AED or over. A delivery fee of 125 AED applies to orders delivered to Dubai when the order value is under 2000 AED. All parcels require a signature at the time of delivery and are fully insured until they are signed for.


If for any reason your parcel is unable to be delivered, it will be returned to the local sorting office. You will need to provide a form of identification to pick up your order at this stage.

Store collection

Any item purchased has to be collected within 90 days of delivery to the store. If the order is not collected within 90 days, it will be automatically cancelled and subject to a 30% restocking fee of the full order value.

Your order

Most of our products are made-to-order by our expert craftspeople, this enables us to pass on the savings directly to you, we make the your chosen jewellery to order. This usually takes between 2-3 working weeks and 3-4 working weeks for bespoke items. Once your product has been dispatched we will email you a tracking number, to allow you to track your order.

All our products are individually labelled with specific delivery time given on product pages.

Tracking your order

Updates regarding your order should be available approximately two weeks after it has been placed. Once your product has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email, which will allow you to check the status of your delivery. If you have any issues regarding tracking your order, please contact us so we can look into this for you.


If a delay in your delivery should occur, we will keep you updated on your order's status and provide a new delivery date. We will not be held responsible for any loss you may suffer on account of late delivery or cancellation of your order.

Delivering to an alternative address

If for any reason you wish to have your product delivered to an alternative address to your billing address, we require the following information from you:


  • A copy of the payment card holder’s photo ID - passport or driving license is recommended.

  • A copy of a recent utility bill or bank statement - dated from the last three months, in order for us to verify your billing address.

  • VAT is eligible for all shipments inside the UAE. If you are located outside of the UAE territory or in a country which is exempt of VAT, simply contact our Customer Care Team 800638222 so they can help you place your order over the telephone.

Delivery to the Channel Islands

We are able to deliver to the Channel Island tax free, however your order must be placed by phone. Please get in touch with our Customer Care Team on 800638222 should you wish to place an order.

If for any reason, you wish to return your order, it is your responsibility to insure your jewellery during transit. Unfortunately, we do not accept any responsibility for any items that are lost during transit when they are being returned.

Your order will arrive in plain and discreet packaging to minimise the risk of theft. This is in accordance with our secure packaging in transit policy, where our external packaging makes no reference to our brand name or the type of item that is inside. Don’t worry though, your order will be beautifully packaged on the inside!
