Yes! Diamonds are the hardest material on the planet so won’t get damaged by everyday wear. However, you may want to be careful if you do lots of exercise or activities as, although it's unlikely to get damaged, you don’t want to lose it. If your diamond ring does get damaged or lost, any good jewellery insurance should cover it.
